Cathy Words can’t express how happy you have made us. It was good to see you at our closing yesterday. I really did not think we would have sold the Harvard square property but you helped make that happen. I am so glad that chapter has closed and a new one has opened. We were so fortunate to have found Cathy Ruger when we  were looking to move to Aurora As our Realtor,  as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Littleton to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
